Xurrently this is the default skin of Invision Boards. It's neat, tidy and rather inoffensive. The old TSA one was better but as they upgraded the boards to 1.3 they have to redo the skin. That takes time and I guess they figured making the information available here now was more important that getting the aesthetics right.
Big avatars you might have seen are probably on ones pre-installed rather that ones uploaded.

If I didn't know what the old skin looked like, I would say these were pretty good. As it is, I miss the old.
