Where Should Beta Discussions Go?

<a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=60222' target='_blank'>This discussion</a> was just locked because it was in the "General Discussion" forum instead of the "Public Beta" forum. However, most people don't have permission to start new topics in the public beta forum. Could we be allowed to start discussions about the beta in one or the other please? Or are we expected to have 80-page-long discussions in Public Beta?

    Actually, for now, we'd very much appreciate if you just put your opinion into the thread started by Flayra - kind of like a brainstorming. It's simply what would help him the most in getting the next version done.
    As for longer lasting discussion, I'm currently working on something. Please wait until tomorrow.
