A Good File Host Is...?

I need a good FREE file host and I'm hoping that someone here might know of a good one... The only one I really know of is geocities which many people say sucks so yeah...

What I need to upload is NS 3.0 AVI files I'm making to show off some 3.0 features. I only have 1 at the moment which is about 5mb but bigger ones might be around 30mb or so.

So anyone know of a good host? Or have I heard wrongly and geocities is good?

    At those file sizes your gonna need to buy some webspace, your lucky if you get more than 10 with free hosters.
