<div class="IPBDescription">It begins...</div> I'm sure a few of you on this board shall be interested.
Ragnarok Online the series has just aired on Japanese TV. It's an anime based on the game, so you know what to expect... I'm not too sure on the plot though... It could be like .hack//SIGN where they are real people in a game, or it could be a 'real' world where they go off and have adventures and whatnot.
I'm hoping for a .hack//SIGN world.
*trains a mob into beginners area*
So without further adeu (Yes I suck at spelling), get your red hot opening TORRENT <a href='http://anime.mircx.com/download/3ec26a0b8ed8f3000ca720df67e70eb1f27879e9' target='_blank'>here</a>
(And yes, it's just the opening to the series....)
So , enjoy and let the botting begin. Yeah I'm onto you Injury.
kekekeke lah.

it seems normal to me, i mean the money spent on the huge landscapes and levels you will be playing in, and the fact they get update nearly every month with stuff, new area's of the world etc..

Well yea... But for us poor 15 year olds its a bit more complicated.
"Mom can you give me 30$ per month, so that I could play a game that I would get really addicted to
and waste most of the day playing, instead of studying math?
I dunno... the world's great, the chars are nice and it's got some cool ideas but it's still a lot like any other MMORPG... one of the better ones but still just another MMORPG =/
I've only got the first manga, it's odd but fun ^^
~watches the anime~
it's 'gold'.
as for the anime opening: SUGOI!!! =3
it's so cool seeing familiar stuff in an anime like that. Makes me want to start up a thief again lol XD
I wish they'd finish Ragnarok Battle Online... -.-
Was that the one with that horribly horrendous demo? Please let it stop... please.
I meant 'Ragnarok Adventure Online' ^^
it's kinda like mystical ninja on the SNES mixed with a bit of streets of rage and stuff.

Oh ok. The only good Ragnarok Battle Online I know of's the flash movie. And Mystical Ninja forever, I love that series. Sasuke forever.
I mentioned RBA in the old RBO thread: <a href='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/index.php?act=ST&f=10&t=55461&st=15#entry802107' target='_blank'>http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/in...=15#entry802107</a>
if you haven't tried it already give it a go, the archer's pretty cool thanks to the distance the arrow goes being based on how long you hold the fire button for but the timing is tiiiiny so you can do a full power shot in seconds. Best played with a pad and some friends ^^
I play it with gamepads so it's been a while since I've had to use the keyboard on it <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

The Ragnarok Online story is so loosely tied with the manga that the only similar things are towns and monsters...From what I remember, they don't even have town placement right (I believe Al De Baran is supposed to be in the South of Rune Midgard, not North). Gravity doesn't really want to tie it to a story...hell, it doesn't even give much of a backstory, either.
While the game is pretty good, it tends to get pretty repetitive. Blacksmiths are fun, though.
I'm guessing this isn't the same "intro" that's been sitting on Gravity's FTP for around a year...
edit: Oh, wait. It is.
1 official, several fan projects.
i guess that's too much of an audience-specific joke ^_^;

I thought it was 'keke' ? Anyways I heard the Thai people on Ragnarok expect you to do everything for them. I never ran into one of them but I wanted to, so I could be like "Hi I'm from Thailand, can I have 1,000,000 Zenny?"
The only beggars I met were mainly from the US though there was a french one and a couple who might've been from the UK, but I think the numbers are more based off how many of players were from that country than an real representations of the cultures themselves.
Let's face it; the country they come from doesn't really matter... laziness and jerkism are universal concepts ^^

Yea. That's what I figured, ran into a few jerks from all over yesterday. Had a 7 Year old Hebrew yelling at me, a racist american talking bad on african americans, an austrian idiot who refused to get out of the CC while he was doing a bad job, and a British or New Zealander who was screaming at the team about how the opposing team had an advantage and what not, yes jerkism is worldwide.
