Reducing Font Size?

<div class="IPBDescription">General Fonts, Taskbar, Icons, Sites???</div> Ok, my friend though he'd be clever and change my XP skin, now my fonts are huge. Taskbar, Icons, and websites[Like the forums] have been changed. I lowered all the Font sizes to 7 or 8 in the Advanced Appearance options and they haven't changed them. Any clue on how to reset this? I've tried reloading the default XP theme, didn't work.

    unless they REALY changed it in XP

    RClick on Desktop --> Properties --> Aperances

    now pick one of the preset schemes. This SHOULD reset it all to the nromal sizes (unless your a silly bugger and pick one that is a large theme)
