If your referring to whats the diff between 2.0 and 3.0... read the front page. They added a combat mode... for quicker and simpler gameplay. Many revamps to regular ns and they are even going to release an updated ns_Nancy. Thats only a little info so...

just did, what is combat? and will it be a different server or will it just be a mode

combat is activated by the "co_" mapname prefix while is a diff mode. in combat you gain experience for killing people, when you reach a new level (takes a couple kills) you get to choose an upgrade. you can also go lerk, onos, get ha, jp, better guns etc. you cant gorge. when you die you keep your upgrades unless its on hambone mode, where you lose them. when u spawn u are invunerable for a couple secs. a team wins by taking out the hive / cc.
