I missed my flight this morning (stupidly), and now I'm stranded at Raleigh-Durhman Airport (not sure what it's called RDU). It looks like I'm going to be stuck here a few more hours if I'm lucky, or until tomorrow if I'm not. If you see someone typing on a laptop with a big Fade eye on it, come over and say hi....

    GG Flayra. Hope you make another flight, being stuck at an airport sucks...believe me I know. When I got stuck at an airport, it was becasue my belt set off the metal detector, causing a big fiasco. Oh well.

I still remember my 11 hours in Sheremeteyvo Airport with dread. Russian airports, even after the fall of the IRon Curtain, are very dull.

    You're thinking of Atlanta. RDU is a about the size of 4 mobile homes stuck together, and about as aesthetically pleasing. I've made bigger poos.

    And yes, Flay and I hung out and much fun was had by all. I must say that his laptop is the coolest one I have ever seen, and that's with 9 years in the IT business.     Sorry to hear that--I once spent the night before Thanksgiving wandering Phoenix airport so I could catch a 6 AM flight to Denver (my flight into PHX was an hour and a half late and missed the last flight of the night out; I could either catch a few hours of sleep or stick around and wait). It was OK for the most part--someone else waiting from my flight pulled the fire alarm at 3AM though, and I could have used some food.

    I remember we had to wait in Manchester Airport for 10 (yes ten) hours. My brother and I played table hockey for most of the time. We spent so much money on that machine.
