<div class="IPBDescription">How big we talking?</div>Right sorry if it's been said but I did search, but I personally believe your search is broken because I searched for 'file size' and it comes up with the most random topics that have nothing to do with 'file size'. So anyways how big do you think this first release is going to be?     At an estimate, I will be between 50 and 200mb.  I'm guessing around 120-50mb.  There's no doubt really that I
    it will be over 50mb, there's just too much content.  Anywhere around 100mb is a safe bet.

    what usually drives the files size up is the maps ...


    so, its all the mappers fault!  Blame them!

    4 months ago i saw that the beta was 80 mb but that was without most models and sounds and maps so it will prolly be around the 130 mb (packed)

    Currently it's 94 megs.  It won't be much different then this when we ship.

    Remember Skrift, coding, balancing, and ironing out bugs takes little to no file space, but the most time to get just right.
