Microphone Problem

<div class="IPBDescription">Can't hear anyone</div> I seem to of had this problem for sometime now and i can't figure out how to fix it, basicly i can't hear anyone with a microphone, i read the sticked post about sound problem and i updated my drivers for my card but that didn't do anything..
this is what i have if anyone wants to know:

Sound blaster Audigy 2
7.1 speakers

Ive also tryed chaning the voice options in Natural Selection its self but that didn't do anything either. So now im kinda stuck as to what to do.

put all of that into autoexec.cfg (for WON) or Userconfig.cfg for Steam

if the desired file dosn't exist make it ussing notepad (simply save as autoexec.cfg or userconfig.cfg)
