and they are always like ' get a squad' , ' oh no its a whole company'

so could somebody more military minded then myself, list all the sizes... Company 150-300
Battalion 300-1,000 (gives you a knew view on risk eh?)

And fireteam = 4 men. That's the smallest operational unit size under decent conditions.
