along time ago i think it was in the off topic or maybe somewhere else,

There was a link to a page of cartoony pictures. They were
"what to do if x terror attack/disaster happens" pictures and someone redid all the text to make them really funny.

I tried searching around but I coudnt find anything, does anyonehave a link or anything?

    Oh I remember that, the one form the US government, mmm I dont have it saved but try searching for Terror Attack or plan or something.
