Invisible Weenie Roast
One really neat thing about Dues Ex 2 is its kickass fire system. And since you can pick up and throw all manner of things, you can actually add fuel to the fire and make it bigger!
It burns people really really well. :D So funny to see them running around aflame, only to run into other people and catch THEM on fire. mwahaha

Say that in public and you'd get arrested
You know the guy who tries to sell people Swell 11 'cures'? He stands in a corner near the Mosque. Next to him stands such a barrel and a cat roams the area.
I once stood near that place when I had to answer an urgent call and forgot to push Esc.
A while into the conversation, I suddenly hear a bloodcurling scream. After a second of alert confusion, I look at the screen and see the barrel rolling against the wall and the dealer aflame.
The cat must've bumped into the barrel, pushing it nearer and nearer to the dealer. When it hit him, it must've toppled and hit him literally in the face.
Since then, I made a habit out of avoiding the cats in that game at all cost
Has anyone played on really high graphical settings? Do objects actually show scorch marks and the like after burning?

got myself a credit card.

spent roughly six hours searching out import shop sites.

spent the same amount of time verifying their credibility.

payed a rough 70$.
And to me, it was worth it all.

Well I'm still not convinced, I'm almost done with KOTR, and I'm 70% done with Prince Of Persia, I got about 2 hours left on Max Payne 2 and I still got a whole bunch of stuff to do in Homeworld 2. I guess I'll wait till im done with all my other stuff then attempt to buy it for cheap. Thank you for the info.
That game was fun allthough its kind of annoying to end the game with 13 total biomod cans left over. It was also too easy, even on realistic (the enemys never seem to see you for some reason...)
burniniating the country side, burninating the peasants!
Ha, ironicly this is one of the major reasons that alot of people arn't happy with it
Ah, still on the second level eh? :P
Also, it flashes a lot in lower resolutions--sort of a bronze color. It occurs often, about every 5 seconds. I wouldn't mind playing in a low resolution.
The shadows look nice, though, they seem to be well done, but it seems that I do not have a shadow.

The mansion eh? Hate to break it to you but you're on the last level of the game. Unless I forgot and there's 2 mansions. :P
Exactly. The narrative never felt long-winded or too short; it wrapped itself up perfectly, although while I would have prefered to have some with more substance to play aside from the main game.
Did I just miss it, or was there no 'leaning' in DE 2? You know, that 'look behind a corner'-leaning?
Deus Ex 2 is a good game, but it in no way even APPROACHES the majesty of its predecessor.
Same for Max Payne 2, the story was terrible and that took away most of the points I gave it for style... There were a few good chapters, though, especially the one where they're trying to kill Captain Baseball Bat Vinnie.
What do I care how ammo is managed?
