The short answer is donate to constellation. You can then play all the betas of NS 3.0 but you aren't an official "playtester" per se.

I don't think so. I think once you donate the first time you are a const member for life.

keep in mind that being a constie is not a guarantee of beta testing.

It would also help probably if you dont donate like 5 bucks. If you wanna playtest, you wanna send out around the 20s and higher.
