Right now i'm in the sewer on the first planet(can't remember its name) anyway, there's this giant huge mofo of dewm infront of the door i need to get to. Try killing the mofo but he kills my whole party in one swipe <!--emo&:(--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/sad.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='sad.gif'><!--endemo-->. Now i picked up a note thingie and it said i need to get some sort of food and poison it? How do i do this and where can i can this food?

    You have to switch to Give Item on that pile of rubble and stick the killer thingie in with a piece of meat or something. Or you can do what I did: Sneak Mission over to the ramp and start with a ranged attack from where it can't get at you, then bring your other guys on to the ramp and keep poisoning, blasting and stun grenading it until it's dead.

    To the kill the Rancor you put a grenade inside this pile of rubble near the Rancor then you put the Rancor odor thing inside then watch the cutscene <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    I killed it by switching to long range and just shooting it from afar and running away. More exp. that way.

    took me 10 frag nades but meh. yer suppose to kill it with the vile of odor and nade in the rubble

    Yeah if you pick up the vials of odor stuff, put them in the file of corpses with any grenade (yes any seems to work) the cutscene kicks in the rancor eats the muck and explodes all over the place, gaining you something like 200xp.

    However if you use ranged attacks and run like a girl alot, or find somewhere where he can't hit you and just plain kill the rancor, you get 800xp, neither affects your LS/DS or the quest at all so try to kill it manually for the XP boost (my two sidekicks both levelled after this boost)

    Whilst on the subject of KOTOR, I played through on the light side, absouloutely pure lightness off the scale with blue firey stuff of niceness shooting up behind my portrait (you get the picture I was <i>nice</i>) now I started playing again trying to the do the opposite and go to the ultimate of evil dark sideness, and I feel genuinely bad about being mean to people in game D: Whats wrong with me D:?!?!

    I have the same problem. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> It's that the devs were so good about creating the interaction sequences that your subconcious is tricked in to thinking that who you're talking with is an actual living, breathing life form.     I don't think I even killed the Rancor. I used a cloaking device to sneak past. Then used various grenades to keep him still while my other guys ran by <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->

    Maybe I did end up killing it though. That was so long ago.
