which is good, since I'm saving money to buy myself a Fender Precission Bass or a Jazz Bass (DAMN expensive), longer cables (think 8m will be OK) and a pedal (so I can play "More Love" by Victor Wooten).

Money and i don't know what else. I know for a fact that i'll probably end up with stuff that no one in their right mind would need from relatives who haven't seen me since i was 3 but have to send me presents otherwise they appear cheap and i don't even know who they are.

Oh and after I recieve my Rightstuf bundle (With Nadia, Ranma 1/2 and Outlaw Star) I will be posting a picture ^_^

I like proving my addiction to the world...

On that note I am literally OUT of room in my cupboard for DVDs. Perhaps I will get some wall shelves... Much better then keeping them in a cupboard where I can't see them... and admire them... and display them...

The Escaflowne movie isn't that good. I mean...Folken has teekinetic powers and tortures Dilandau. WTH?

It's an alternate universe thing to the Escaflowne series. Hitomi is all angsty and depressed...it's...egh. Not to mention there's alot of gore...decapitations and dismemberings don't fit Escaflowne, in my opinion.

Infinitum- if I ever go to Australia, could I stay over at your place and watch all of your DVD's? And I being serious. I love anime too, but its second to games.

On topic: I already got my new PC, and now I'm probably just getting money, 1 history book(bout WW2, being I'm teh guru now), and some clothes.

(and as a addition, in mind to the post above): I Loved the Escaflowne movie. Just one thing that was in the whole series, and now the movie, that SERIOUSLY **** me off. If they had it, it would be pretty far up on my "Kickass Anime" list: Vaan and Hitomi kissing. God, when they were riding on Escaflowne at the end, away from everything, and they just stared into eachothers eyes, I thought they were gonna kiss, and then it fades to black. God, I hate that studio. ****!(btw- I'm a romance anything addict. I dunno- that girly stuff is cool to me)

Yeah go nuts... just make sure you tell me first...

It's really hard to compare the Escaflowne Movie and the TV series. I never liked the way Hitomi and Van's relationship developed in the series, but the way everything is wrapped up in the movie was IMHO the ending that leaves the better taste in your mouth ;p

And the Escaflowne movie is god. That is all.

If you want a series with good relationship development. Get either Kare Kano: His and Her Circumstances or Fushigi Yugi: The Mysterious Play

Kare Kano (Short for Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou) is a 26 part series about 2 high school kids who fall in love. Some comedy, character development and good times ensue. Made by Gainax (Evangelion)

Fushigi Yugi is a 52 episode series about a girl who gets sucked into a book into a fantasy world. Sword play abounds, romance deepens, etc.

I don't own either on DVD, yet (I am contemplating importing Fushigi Yugi sometime down the line, but Kare Kano just saw a Region 4 license. So I'll just buy it as it comes out here), but I have seen both. I'd personally go for Fushi Yugi, but I also enjoy longer series a lot more...

Each boxset of Fushigi Yugi contains 4 DVDs

Kare Kano box is 5 DVDs.

Probably jack squat. My guardian father wants me to get something for my mother (who doesn't live in my houes), but the thing is. I have no money. Only 20 bucks and all the money I have go into my car. =\

So what can I get her besides a card?
