    I belive he is saying that he need to install the Helpsign.mdl file because the servers he want to play on require it, maby a compatability check issue? Unfortunately I can't help you because I have very little experiance (read: no friggin clue) with the Helpsign.mdl file.

    maybe its a server side mod like some servers have custom models in a map, has the server got sv_allowdownload/upload set to 0? maybes thats why you cant download it off the server :?
