Cheddar, Brie or mozerella too hard to choose one of those.

Wait, are you being forced to ONLY eat one cheese the rest of your life or just you ever wanted cheese, you'd have to pick that cheese?

If I was forced to ONLY eat cheese, it would be provolone (only real cheese aside from cheddar that I can eat plain, and it doesn't have a bold taste).

If I just had to pick this cheese whenever I ate, it would be monterrey jack cheese (surprised nobody's mentioned this).

technically water does have flavoUr, you just cant taste it cos your mouth is full of water all the time.
like you couldnt taste strawberry jam if your spit was made of strawberry jam.

also, you ever tasted distilled water? ... dont.

Too much cheese causes your intestines to retain more water then they should, thusly giving you terrible constipation, so if I had to eat cheese for the rest of my life... well frankly, I wouldn't.

Considering that definition fits roughly 30% of all cheeses out there...

I drew a highly delicate peice of cheese using my powerful photoshop skills to show you what kind of "mold" I meant.

    more like 99%

depends what your definition of moldy is, but practically every cheese uses bacteria in its fabrication. And bacteria is mold.

Bacteria is a stretch. I mean, that's saying that chicken is moldy before you cook it. I mean like the OBVIOUS cases of mold. American cheese, blu cheese, etc.
