I'd have spam. Oh wait. That's a meat product, and this thread. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo--> (No hostilities meant by that comment. )
Emmental! I LOVE cheese! <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->
Colby cheese rocks....it owns all other cheeses except cheddar...cheddar is allowed to hang with colby because they're similar.
Eat colby by the brick...
Bah, now this thread made me want to have cheese but I don't have any in my fridge. Actually, there's a distinct lack of anything in my fridge...I'm a college student, I'm not supposed to have food in my fridge.
(Actuall fridge contents consist of milk, 2 pickles, a packet of nacho cheese and an unopened bottle of ketchup)

Either provolone or brie, because brie is a decent cheese to eat alone.
call me boring, but I like white american. provelone and swiss come in 2nd and 3rd. here in the states we don't experiment with cheeses much... though I had some kind of german butter cheese once, and as soon as I tasted it, I inhaled the whole block of it... yeah, I probably should try more cheeses <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> the gourmet kinds are... so expensive.

Wait, maybe the question you should be asking yourself is not what cheese you would eat, but why we would be eating only one cheese, and why this Trevelyan wants to know.....
I'm on to you....you had better leave our cheese alone...or else. <!--emo&:p--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/tounge.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='tounge.gif'><!--endemo-->
