Gamma Error / Kickjoin?

Hey, i just got back on Steam after talknig with some buddys, and while playing the beta version servers, i noticed when i joined SOME server i would always get this gamma error then when i try to join a team, i get kicked randomly.... whats up with that?!

    well the random kick on joining a team is an error with either the beta or with the thing that keeps the constie/vet/pt/dev list updated (I don't member wich one). Generaly when this happens ALL of us are getting kicked from the server on joining.
