Anyone else beta testing earth and beyond?

Or am i the only one?
I just got selected to BETA test Earth and Beyond I was wondering if anyone else here has? Maybe we could hook up and fly a few missions together. I hope it is a good game....I had no idea what I signed up for I just saw an add for a BETA test and filled out a sheet, I figured "What the hell why not?". I was suprised when I saw the email...Almost deleted it thinking it was spam...

Gah, the only way you can get the Asheron's Call2 beta is to have a personal server at FilePlanet. Anyone have any mirros?

So much for having a machine that's lightning fast :/
you know, there is a reason they ask your age ... its not just to punish the kiddies ...
The fact you dont even read any of the terms and conditions or the NDA or even follow their rules ...
/me rolls his eyes
What ever ...
That CAN lead to complications later, you must realise.
That is what it says on the website but I like how you have to subscribe to fileplanet to download it. So I guess it isn't so free...
You know that sort of attitude is part of the reason why we as teenagers are sterotyped as having no advance planning skills and being unable to think about consquences.
^^ Example of someone breaking an NDA (if there was one and it was still in private beta), in fact not only would you have broken an NDA but you are half the reason they exist, to stop people telling everyone that a game (a BETA of all things) is buggy (no ####, it's beta) and not that fun.
However to sign an NDA you have to be 18+ and whilst you can 'digitally sign' by ticking a box it is usually done for real so they can pound your arse when you publish material or too much info
And, rather than giving extensive feedback explaining why it wasn't so fun to play for a long time, then sticking around to continue to give feedback, you quit.
This is why having large betas for anything except final ones for stability/performance testing on as many systems as possible is a waste of time.
also if u have a fileplanet p. server u can test also
