<div class="IPBDescription">Moderators, members, regulars</div> My mod last-life has been going extremely well lately but our popularity is like 2 out of 100. I'm constanly updateing the site with new models/maps/screen shots yet the popularity still hasn't picked up. I've been posting on alot of forums trying to get members. I will also be adding moderators so just join the forum and pm me. I will judge you on your "personality" on this forum. And if your a moderator on this forum you will probaly get the job <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->. The irc channel is dead as well(Usally just me and chanserv and sometimes delarosa)

    yeah, we have had some peeps visit the site, delarosa's a mod at the forum, and lyndak hosts the site for us <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo--> and prolly a lot of other things.

    Basically Last-Life is a War Simulation within Black Mesa.

    There are 4 teams; Black Mesa(also known as Lambda), the Marines(Grunts), Black Operatives(Assasins), and Aliens(Xen and X forces)
    The mod involves pit two or more of the teams against each other in well set out and familiar grounds around Black Mesa.
    Each Team has it's own Gameplay Focus (ie;Marines have a bias towards heavy handed tactics, Black ops are Uber-stealth squads, Aliens use push tactics, and Lambda team are very much survivalists)

    Hey, good luck with your mod fellas. Just a couple things here...

    1: It's usually looked down upon to advertise your mod on another mod's forum, though this is off-topic. And since you're asking for forumites not team members/content/hype, then it's not as bad.

    2: Have you tried sending news to sites like www.planethalflife.com, www.halflife.net, or the others?.

    3: Reading the about page, you seem to take several pot shots at CS. This probably isn't a good thing to do, as it makes you look bad. And automatically assuming that everyone likes CS and compares your mod to it isn't right either.

    Just some friendly criticism.

    lose the scroll box on your website and It will look pretty respectable.
    Its just really annoying to have to scroll down and across to read when its alot easier to just have it on one page spread out.

    the "About" information could do with a little more....hype.
    Try to word it as if you're talking to a major company who are interested in giving you lots of money to sell the game and you wont go far wrong.

    also Try to give some detailed descriptions under the images in the screenshot section.
