We need to kill off couple of billion humans, so this is what I'm suggesting:
We have three different age classes:
15-19
20-39
40-
Women don't have to fight, so after the big-fight we have a semi-lesbian society with plenty of women to go around for the survivors. One man can seed many woman etc. And under 15 year olds don't have to fight either. They get another chance later <!--emo&:)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/smile.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='smile.gif'><!--endemo-->
Every city plans their fight and the location for it and it's fought in summer. In every country and every city at the same time. Weapons can't be electronical, only old fashion melees with no longer blade than 20cm, military police will be enforcing the rules. It's free for all and when about 50-60% of the people have died, mp's call it off. Injured won't be hospitalized, but they won't be killed off either, if they can handle themselves.
I'm expecting most of 15-16, 35-39 and 55- people to die in this pop. control 'game', but who needs them anyway. I recommend that this happens every 50 years, so that the population stays down.
