Ha! Just get the HL one, and install whatever else you need. Valve one's are easy to install and stuff, others like NS and stuff, you need to install into the right folder in Steam.

I'm lucky.. Maybe it was a pretty slow night, but I was able to get everything other than CS/HL downloaded off steam itself in less than an hour.. Um.. smoke.. you must have left out a zero or something.. 40 minutes at 10kb/s is 24megs.. and 30 minutes at 12kb/s is only 21.2 megs... Now, I know there have been quite a few leaps and bounds in data compression over the last few years, but there is no way I see possible for 24mb = 300mb. <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

Right, i got it working, i love it. Works really well, very intuitive. But im getting some error message when i try to join, something about a SteamID check, cannot connect to authintication server, 35. Whats this? Any Help?

AneM, that's the great thing about Steam. As you play, it automatically updates the game. I had the minimum steam install.
it's also that Steam has these wonderful built in accelerators. On a normal FTP download (with DAP at Fast Acceleration) I was doin 10 kb/s. Steam boosted me to 100 kb/s - 150 kb/s
BadKarma, the bad thing about Steam is that it locks in the Content Provider Server when you turn on your computer. If you have a bad connection to the server, reset your computer. Or at least that's what Tal says.
