its "crouch" +1-5

Oh yeah, before I forget it: if you go into your config.cfg you can also change the menu-shortcut-keys(default qwer,asdf,zxcv) if you check pretty far down in it...urm. Or you could search&look at this line:
cl_cmhotkeys "qwerasdfzxcv"

Figure the rest out yourself.
