Tony Hawk Underground

<div class="IPBDescription">:(</div> My brother just picked up Tony Hawk, Underground (hereby known as THUG, as called in the game.)

He did this about 6 hours ago, I just beat it. This has to be the worst Tony Hawk game to date. First of all, it only took me 6 hours to complete. I think I only skipped about 6 goals anyway. And then you can find gaps and secret tapes. That's <b>it.</b> That's pretty much all there is to do. What happened to finding all of the money or completing all of insane goals and secret tapes? It's gone. The one element that made the Tony Hawk's game is not present in THUG. There's pretty much no replay value. The goals are also not very challenging, or abstract. It's basically the same 3 principles: fetch in a car, fetch on a skateboard, and high scores.

I'm just disgusted.

    That sucks about "THUG". I was really looking forward to picking it up soon and now I think I'll pass and just get THPS 3 and 4.

    4's Single player is better then 3... i loved the layout. I could see this coming, usually if a company makes a couple good games, the bad one is coming in the lineup, the longer you keep making good games... the worse the bad one your gonna make comes out. 4 Was awsome, and i knew they wanted to deviate from the tony hawk "arcade" skating feel... so i didnt even bother to look this game over twice. 4 is the best so far.

    The last tony hawk game I've played was 1.....something about pressing buttons and watching someone do a kickflip didn't exactly apeal to it.


    I played 4 with a friend, and it has to be the worst freaking multiplayer ever. Most of consisted of doing a trick, then him doing a trick, then me doing a trick.

    I've played it... it seemed like a bad GTA3 ripoff, in comparison to the other Tony Hawk games.
