Total Eclipse Of The Moon
<div class="IPBDescription">did you see it?</div> <a href='http://msnbc.com/news/978686.asp' target='_blank'>http://msnbc.com/news/978686.asp</a>
Just finished watching it, pretty cool, you could see bands of the milky way and a few constellations, provided theres no city light. Anyone else see it?

Stupid kids would run up to the telescope, grab it, and pull the eyepeice to their eyes. Then go "This sucks, I can't see anything!"
lol, and some of the adults weren't much better. If the telescope was out of alignment, instead of saying something, 3 out of 5 would nod very frankly and go "Hmm... interesting.... yes....." like they could see something and then they'd walk away XD
Stupid clouds came in though during the totality... they were thin and broken up though, so we could still see it pretty well
<b>EDIT:</b>Well, I just went outside and its too cloudy to have been able to see it anyway, so I'm not too upset.
I kinda live in the country, so I saw it pretty clear.
"Man, now it's gettin all black! WOW it's black! Now it's... gettin light again..."

No, he just wanted to see if I could see it.
It's been sunny and clear for almost a week now and, of course, tonight it got cloudy, just about an hour before the damn thing was suppose to begin. Curse you God, you've foiled my plans again. *shakes fist in the air*
I also froze my little <!--emo&::lerk::--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/lerk.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='lerk.gif'><!--endemo--> behind off during the proccess,
first, was a dark watery shading of the moon, later, very dark dark gray disk with a very brilliant sliver of light like a thin sparkling crescent moon.. except in the wrong place.
