[m-rel] Marine With Glowing Visor/laser

this model uses the dod dlls. the visor glows and so does the little laser thing comin off his visor. i did all the glow parts myself and made the skin mainly black. i did use the black face mask for the skin from the new scout model in tfc. if somebody wants to change the skin (since some people dont like black) then by all means go ahead.

i had to name it .txt.zip so that hypermart would allow me to upload, winzip still opens it up fine though.

EDIT: if somebody could host this it would be awesome. dunno if hypermart wants me using a lot of bandwidth.
