just release the damn thing...
Yes i read the bottom line. No need to apologize for it but atleast you did. If you read bots previous post about him sick of you guys wanting it you would see where i was coming from. So if anything aplogize to bots, he is already mad as it is. Also if that did sound angry, I didnt mean to make it sound like that. It was just a reply to it. Read bots post and you will see where i am coming from.
I'm not mad... I'm just annoyed. One thing people lack these days is patience, pure and simple. Everyone wants it, and wants it now now NOW!!! Give it a rest PLEASE. Like I said before, I'm not working on this anymore! I'm done with it! It's the animators who are working on it now, and you can hassle them to get it finished all you like. The weapon doesn't fit well into any of the NS weapons as it is... It's technically a sniper weapon which chambers a large caliber cartridge, and has a small magazine capacity. It's not an HMG, LMG, PISTOL, OR GRENADE LAUNCHER. Like I said before, I took this project up because the model looked fun to skin (which it was), not becuase I thought it was going to be a good replacement for an NS weapon. If this model gets released, I'm almost positive half of you "gimme gimmes" will be disappointed. The model although impressive, just doesn't fit into NS very well.
The only thing I can see this model as is a siege cannon perhaps. Maybe someone is wiley enough to hack something to that effect together.

Can we just please finish the model. People have thier own opinion. From your standpoint, your saying its not a good HMG replacement. Everyone wants to find out for themselves, so why discourage it. Also dont go hacking it into a siege without
Once I figure out the perfect origins that would fit a gun of this magnitude, HMG may come out in a couple of months or so...
@Bull - 1 - Laziness is a curse... 2 - HMG animations are pretty much done on my behalf, but FOV and Origin problems continue to plauge me. 3 - Yep. You just become a stain on a wall with that baby.

This may have already been asked, but is the clip still in the butt of the gun? Personally i thought that that was where it looked the coolest and also made the most sense, mainly because if marines can send themselves over vast distances in .00000000000000001 seconds why the heck are they still using wwII ammo clips?

are you ever going to release that hack job?
Why arent the NS modelers on this project?!
FAAASTAH!
he just said he won't !
the origins look ok, but the models goes trough the screen so you see the inside
Try to move it a bit to the right maybe?
So in HLMV, choose the origins that best fit then input the
$origin x y z
line in the qc file and recompile. X = Left-Right Y = Forward-back and Z = Up-Down
one thing tho, I don't think it's 100% the same as it will look ingame
