Good Lord, he was right. I was hoping this was the release.
due to massive postings and views (every time you view a website, your computer downloads the information into your temporary internet files..this means every .gif, .jpg, .txt, everything), NS.org had used it's monthly bandwith limit. Basically, so many people posted stuff and viewed the page, that it ate up all Flayra's Precious bandwith...buncha punks.
I should stop comming here then . I view the boards like 100 times daily, why? dunno but I do, eating up bandwith I guess.
heh the problem is that u guys filled the forums with topics like : when is ns out???,and then all the flames, kicks and punchs began to ate the bandwith, but u guys never stoped...... so the site finally couldnt take it anymore and went down coz it lacked of bandwith.....

Well thats not for sure, I've heard some of the moderators say that they will have alot of different locations for us to download (maybe downloading from ns.org won't be a possibility at all? Just to keep the site from going weird on us again)
I was freeked out it was the second time in like 5 days that this hapened and since i spend my hole day here i almost died . Fam and Greeds have it basically correct. The forums had too many open process threads due to issues in the actual forum software. I will be doing an upgrade of the forums tonight to hopefully alleviate some of this, so the forums will be down for an hour or so.

No. Seriously. WTF happened, anyway?
But it was down for a day?
Probably all of us downloading the level 3 animations that caused it.

And I think they were saying there's gonna be at least 30 mirrors for us upon release, so the site wont have to go down.
