<div class="IPBDescription">Has it been done.</div> I am about half way done with this complete windows theme.
Im pretty sure it will only work on XP however it might not.
That bring me to my point.
Has it been done before because if it has i shall just stop and Shift+delete the folder.
I was enraged after i found that the switch spray that i made was already done.
I was even more enraged that XeerO has left the community for a couple of months.

I think one was, but it was for some 3D desktop vis program. Nothing for just standard.

School does wonders.
I only get posts when im at fscking school.
Oh well..on with the theme..BTW im looking for a good wallpaper and if dont find one will use the offical NS wallpaper.

Making it for windows is hard man.
I think i might switch to wincustomize or some other skinning program.
Whatever it is if its a shareware its a no-no.
