<div class="IPBDescription">NS crashing?</div> I have reinstalled NS so that it doesnt redirect to play steam CS that worked but now i load it up and i click multiplayer then internet games then it just closes for no reason and goes to desktop anyone else having similar problems? and anyone know what to do?

ok I really need help now I cant run hl.exe it just doent do anything I cant load anything from my original halflife instalation such as mods ive downloaded everything must be done through steam to play and most servers for ns on steam are rubbish, should I reinstall half-life completely?

seeing how as we have no info about whats hapening

I would suggest a cpleat purge of all thingsHL (steam included) and then a fresh install

or you could give us system specs, exactly what hapens when you try to run something, look in you task manager when you have tried to run something, running adaware and a virus scaner (google for housecall) etc etc etc

then agian we still might tell you to do the full reinstall

i did a full uninstall and install of halflife and its working again now thanx
