Then I came to the conclusion that it'd probably just be really corny, hehe.. What do you guys think?

    We get everything any other Branch does... As for a desk job.. no. In the Army, a Master at Arms is called "Military Police". So, pretty much, Im an MP. the reason My cammies are so clean is cause those are my inspection pair. Ive got a closet full of Beaten up, worn out BDUs. desk job.. pfft.

    And I believe you are referring to what is known as an Alice Pack, and yes, I do have one.And yes, I do wear it if I have to haul around lots of stuff.

    the navy and no-crawling in the mud is refering to my friend... he recently joined, and ALL of his gear looks like your inspection gear.... he has not once had to crawl around..... *grumble*

    i only did a 2-day ride along with the nat guard, and i had to crawl around on the dirt... TWO DAYS, and i came home happy, and carrying 15 pounds of the camp with me.

    Well, I was gonna join the Marines before I realized that the only thing I am in the Marines is a Meatshield. At least in the Navy, once I reach E5 I can transfer to the Army and become a Warrant Officer, meanwhile, the Navy doesnt even WANT E5's from the Army. So dont talk down like the Navy is the runt of the braches. We fly more fighters than the Airforce, we have the most advanced training programs, And to top it off we get to go everywhere in the world. And If you stay on land, your right on the coast. No obscure bases in the middle of Nowhere like the other branches. So hey... Join the National Guard if you want... your loss.

    sorry brig but what i'm gonna say is true... the most advanced military training program in the world is for a british royal marine. 39 weeks to become a grunt (compared to the USA's 8 weeks) and a further 6 months if you have a degree to become an officer. thats the same as getting pregnant and then keeping the baby till its 1/2 a year old

    I wouldnt really call it a "pimpzor" watch... Its really just a stainless steel diving watch a friend of mine got me for Christmas... I doesnt even keep good time...

    And Yeah, 39 weeks of traning is cool, But can Royal Marines be Nuclear Technicians? Probably not. And that training takes about 2 and a half years.

    Stripes.... Har Har. I look like a Construction Roadblock... =P
