so my question do u think that this part has to much polys ? ? ?

nope that's fine. Just keep in mind that this is an area you can come back to if you are in need of cutting back the poly count. What is the PC?
( tools > show model stats > triangles )

PC = 1258 and the stock is not done at the moment

also some detail at the handle (but i will redo this whole area) is missing

yes too detailed, here's the same image, with the un-nescisary polys circled...

one thing to think about is what polys will be visible ingame. no need adding detail to the far side of the model if its always going to be facing away from you. if however your doing something that isnt just for a V model, then by all means, detail away.
