Playing/recording Demo's

Hi Guys,

I recorded a demo this weekend and when I try play the thing from the console all I get is a demo of the console listing who killed who etc. ( i.e just text, no ingame view ), the file is 8Mb big so I would think it would have ingame recordings. Any idea whats up?

You need a demo player. I don't know where you can get one though. Sorry.

Thanks for the reply, from what I've seen looking around here most of the players out there just automate the process of viewing demo's for you, I'll give it a try though.

I've gotten my demos to work without a player (steam and non-steam). If all it is showing is the console, would that mean you didn't close the console when you were trying to play it?
