Meshing/skinning

I need someone good at meshing and skinning with some free time on their hands to walk me through the process. I have a lot of trouble learning from tutorials, and I couldn't even find a good one for this anyways. So if anyone has some time to kill and knows what they're doing I'd appreciate the help.
