Am I allowed to take your concept art pics to use as background pictures for my clan site? I figure I wont be allowed but it don't hurt to ask. Also I can link your site can't I?
If you're making an NS clan site, I think that would be OK. The problem is when people take our work and call it their own, or imply that it's their own. If your site's main purpose is an affiliation with NS (clan site, fan site, etc.), then you can use our artwork freely. If the main purpose is not to promote or support NS, then you can't use any of our artwork for any purposes.
