Here again, just my opinion (I like discussion you know): I think both men and women should be able to wear properly a HA, because the armor should give mechanical (kinetic) assistance to it's user, no matter what his strength may be. I think you're right jeer, its kenitc thing not physical strenght of a human which allows to wear a HA.
So far the model looks well made, should look awesome ingame. However even if a woman was in a suit of heavy armor, I dont think the outside of the heavy armor would look any different. *Edit* changed the wording to make me sound like less of a perv*edit*
