No, ns_nancy is no longer an official map, and, without some serious work from the community, will never be.

There is a project in which is rebuilding Nancy already in progress. They hope to be able to have it ready for the 2.1 release.

There might be a short period of closed testing from what I have heard.. but there will definatly be public testing at one point or another... Why don't you go read about it in the mapping forum.
