I've been a bit busy....
Well i thought for the hell of it i'd put together some music today, so i did. I finished off two tracks that were kinda just lying around.
The first, Tumor, is noise, hard distorted beats, only 58 seconds long, but i quite like it at least, kinda funky.
The second, Reincarnation is more of a test than an actual song, it was a melody that i had lying around that i just needed to do something with. I'm still a bit rusty making music, so it's not that good. But give it a listen anyway.
EDIT:
Right, i've had a dig around and i found another track, Open Heart, Open Arms, it was on my last EP that i distributed (titled '#000000'), it was ok, but the EP as a whole was too short, it's currently not in distribution, so unless anyone got one of the run of 30 or so i did of it (which i doubt entirely) then you won't have heard it, heh.

Reincarnation is very very very cool, I could really get into it. The only discrepancy is that the melody consists of three notes, a pause, three more notes, and another pause, etc. If you could find a way to link the melodies and eliminate the pauses, it would sound much better.

I have found a way, don't use shoddy softsynths, heh.
Those are all fairly cool. Not bad for an amateur =D
Try some break-beat Esuna... I wanna hear how it turns out -_-
They're a good basis for music but the flow sounds all wrong. Closest I can think of describe it is like a really well written story but the events are jumbled up so it's hard to understand/enjoy. There's some really great highs and lows but they kind of jump into each other with little build up or transistion in many places =/
It's not bad though

I have toyed with breaks quite a lot in the past, but i'm not very good with them. Any that i try to create just sound sucky and using samples or loops sounds just as sucky. If anyone can help me along with some breakbeats i'll be forever in your debt.

I must admit, quite a lot of the times i do things to annoy people, one thing i've been known for is not putting things where people expect them. I've had one or two tracks played in clubs, and when people dance and don't know the song, it amuses the hell out of me to see them carry on dancing when you THINK the music's about to build, but it goes to silence, hehehe.
Though i will admit in all of this, i am just an amateur, no formal music training in years and most of the songs i write are metal or hardcore.
Tumor: mmm, crunchy. the compression is a bit much for my tastes, but it suits the piece well. the high-hats tend to be a bit static (no pun intended), perhaps some flam (or more) on accented beats. the buzz that comes in at ~30s is neat, but i dont feel that the typewriter response really feels approppriate.
Reincarnation: The beginning echo-thuds are pretty funky, i could easily see them being incorporated well into an NS map.
Open H/OA: nice, but the high end is screaming for a stereo pan.
an interesting mix of industrial and hard trance styles you have, much encouragement. If you don't mind me asking, what software do you use?
Reincarnation and Open Heart, Open Arms don't have Melody's I'd want to listen. Awesome work though.
