Well, you can add Steam servers with the newest ASE update.
...and yes, it looks like you can access Steam games with ASE.

EDIT: of course, it goes without saying, you need SteamID, though

You have all kinds of Steam installers with different sizes, if you just play NS like me you can get either the Steam installer with no cache or the one with HL cache for 211 MB, just look for the Steam with cachefiles that suits your needs the best
