What about newly formed clans that are terrible (in turns of organisation and pcw tactics?). Are you, or is anyone else offering to train up entire clans?

There may be several people who could give you training. If Jojo can't find time to train you, try other veteran clan members. Hell, I'd probably do it if you're a dedicated group of players.

ive been lookin at clans, but their all invite only... one thing thats definately needed is a clan thats ment for players interested in just having fun, and isnt involved in the major ladders and such. i, for one, have no interest in tourny's or anything like that. that MIGHT be why theres such a 'turn off' about makin new clans....
i think at this point the only thing i could do to improve is learn the ns maps , every nook and cranny, every now and then i notice another vent or other placei never noticed, also like in the where team based freak would shout out locations on their mic, in ns maps i need to learn the locations better than just running to a red blip ,lol
