Theres quite a few from serious sam. In the second encounter on the second last level in the graveyard there is a tomb stone with a surf board on top of it, use it and one of the croteam team members pops out. There are some other tomb stones areound that area as well.
Also in the first level on the left side of the temple at the end of the valley there are two easter eggs. The crate bus and the Secret Hall of Fame.

I found this one in Tribes 2 one day when I was playing around with the last Training map in the editor. I can't remember exactly where it was located, but under the terrain was placed a series of Generators given object names that when put together wrote out "All your base are belong to us."
Also in one of No One Lives Forever's first missions, I went through a sewer system where I found a small plaque on the wall that read something along the lines of "Obligatorily Video Game Sewer" or some such. That was a nice touch.
There is another one on Jedi Knight on the scene where you have to run and jump onto the huge ship that's leaving. If you miss and look upward, you'll see a pic of Max on the bottom of the platform you jumped from.
In System Shock 2, find the basketball hidden on Earth during the training session, and keep it with you until late in the game when you find a basketball goal. Dunk the ball into the basket and you will receive an e-mail from Bananas the Monkey. Besides the humorous message, it has one of the <a href='http://webpages.charter.net/tknott/other/monkey/' target='_blank'>funniest sounds ever to grace a video game</a>. Ever.
