<div class="IPBDescription">Please!!</div> Forget the G36, this gun owns everything. This is the perfect gun for NS because it looks futuristic and sleak and sexay. It looks relatively easy to model so could someone please model it!
This is a concept drawing because the actual gun hasn't been made yet. Just wing it when you dont know what a certain part looks like.

That is a modified G36, redesignated XM-8....it's tha KE Componant of tha (still experimental) XM-29 SABR OICW (Objective Individual Combat Weapon)

They're tha same goddamned rifle...tha only difference being that tha version being used for tha XM-29 has no stock, and no sights/rails..it'll also have most of tha OICW controls wired into tha trigger guard...
yes, the xm8 is based on the g36. yes, the xm8 is a modified version of the OICWs KE part. but still they got different names.
so for me the xm8 is neither a oicw ke nor a g36. similar, but not the same.

Tha XM-8 IS tha KE component in tha XM-29.....they removed tha stock, sight rails, and shortened tha barrel a bit...it's tha same weapon....
Tha XM-29 (In case you didn't read), is made of a few components....tha main one being tha 20mm grenade launcher, and tha secondary being tha XM-8/modified G36, which can be removed from tha main unit, and used on it's own....
for all intents and purposes, tha XM-8 IS a G36.....it has just undergone a few modifications....
