How Do You Convert From La To Ha Hands?

Pros: No reanimating; fast, reliable
Cons: The additional armor plate protecting the fingers isn't animated, it is moving with the arm, however
Animations look the same, but you can reanimate if you want to...
Sometimes there are problems with muzzle flash attachments. Anyway, can be fixed fast and easily
