<div class="IPBDescription">Red Orchestra</div> If you are like me and bought ut2k3 for the mods and were terribly disapointed with the rushed release of most of the ut2k3 mods in the summer you might want to check out RO. The graphics are great, and the gameplay is insanely fun. It will be released within a month so I just thougt id give a heads up <!--emo&:D--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/biggrin.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='biggrin.gif'><!--endemo-->

    It will be released in october and later will be compatible with ut2k4.

    Because UT2k3 uses the same coding language, and the transition to UT2k4 is then relatively easy after doing that. So many mods start work now and plan to later release the mod for UT2k4, taking into account that some of UT2k4's new code makes the mod incompatible with UT2k3 agian. O_o

    And yes, that does pwn me and my grandmother.

    How do you know "the gameplay is insanely fun" if it's not out yet?

    Yes I am a tester and yes it IS coming out for ut2k3 in october. Later on with the release it will also be avalible for UT2k4 to take advatage of the ingame voice comm. But aside from voice comm the two versions will be identical.

    So any mods based on ww2, aliens, counter terrorists, vietnam, or any other major war are out?



    I dont know how anyone can consider it an unoriginal concept since the eastern front is almost untouched.

    on the subject, ARE there any quality total conversions for ut2k3 even out yet? red orch, maxed out, and all the other ones ive heard of are still in progress, and i havent found any good total conversion mods yet. any suggestions?

    ick... I have to go with the 'woo... another WW thingy' idea. I'm not a big fan of that kinda stuff and the whole thing just ends up boring me to tears no matter how good the game is.
