Ign Does It Again...
A couple days ago Monse pointed out the explosion of crap that occured on IGN. No, it wasn't the content, it was the McDonald's logo. There was a nifty Penny Arcade comic about it too.
Well, its happened AGAIN

WHATS UP WITH THEM???
its a really unsubtle (admittedly not very intrusive) form of brain washing!!!
Damn you IGN, I STILL want a Mcgriddle....
I repeat in accordance to the appearance of IGN:
WHAT THE ****
EA's hardware code looks like it was written by a twelve year old crack addict being beaten with a lead pipe while using a keyboard with 2 keys.
I hate mcdonalds, and I hate EA. Tomarrows ads will probably be for some clothing line

For those of you who consider yourselves informed, IGN has always been vastly in debt, and have tried many things over the years to remedy this situation. The site alone is quite universal and large; thus, they must advertise to keep it a free service. Possibly I'm missing the actual ad-in-quesion, but I see a simple vertical banner ad to the right showcasing EAsportsnation. Is this such a problem? Is it just so intrusive that you would shun the entire site forever? You guys hate both Gamespy and IGN now? Boy - aren't you folks hard to please...
I'm sure Jammer could tell you all about the fact that money (for an excellent free website, nonetheless) doesn't grow on trees. Please think before you mindlessly bash. Make at least a small attempt to rationally think about the current state of the world and the history of IGN.
In short, you guys are being foolish and selfish - if you mind it that much, forget about the site forever. Just don't try to drag it down - trying to think of ways to keep a site barely alive isn't easy, you know
I can't believe companies think crap like that works.
