Taskbar And Start Menu Resize On Quit

So I play NS for a while, exit from game and then I see that windows taskbar has taken over one-third from the desktop and all icons are mixed up, every window has resized too. Im keeping the taskbar on right side of screen.
Anyone encountered the same problem? Theres no certain pattern, sometimes it doesnt happen but mostly it will after normal gameplay and is certain to happen after longer game.
Though I can order icons back to their former positions, it still is frustrating.

its what hapens when a program has a CTD and it was running at diff rez then your desktop.
All I can think is that you are either alt-tabing or possibly one of said out side progies is doing it
