Down load a program called Half Life Logo Creator or jsut HLLC search for it online and itl do it for u, someone told me to get wally but that wasnt right it never worked and i did exactly what it said. HLLC is just easier

Does HLLC put your logo in-game or do you creat logos with it?

you can convert a image file to a wad that you need to copy in the Mod dir to work.
you don't need to config it anymore
and it won't be seen in the place where u can select ur logo's

puts in in the game, if u want to make one get photoshop. my first spray was made in PAINT!!! THATS RIGHT PAINT!!! and it looked good.

if you already have your own image and want to use it as an ingame logo just use HL Logo Creator, its simple.
it will make your pic as a pldecal.wad file which you place in your game dir i.e half-life/cstrike and thats it <!--emo&:)--><img src="http://www.natural-selection.org/iB_html/non-cgi/emoticons/smile.gif" border="0" valign="absmiddle" alt=':)'><!--endemo-->
