Overall Problem?

<div class="IPBDescription">Can't find IP Addy?</div> I just hooked my computer back up to my network. To which I am still a newb at. However, I just d/led and installed ns 2.0. Before i did that, I could start a dedicated server with the 1.04, and actualyl go in and play it.
Now I can't.
It says Couldn't Allocate dedicated server IP port.
To which i am stumped at, as, it worked with 1.04 heh.
Any ideas?
*Edit* Before it says that, it gives a HLDS Error. The OS is win 98 se and this is just for a small server for friends. Nothing fancy.
