I guess we now have some kind of competition from you guys.
I'm on the <a href='http://www.computer-science.de/preselection/' target='_blank'>Pre-Selection</a> movie by Gworkx Pictures and I'm the main modeler. It's a high poly version.
The more NS movies people make, the more popular NS gets and the more new players NS gets.
I can do some voice acting for you if you like. I've done some previous voice acting...my voice is mostly the grizzled veteran's style voice...but I can alter it to what needs to be done.

I must comment that we are nearly done with the script (no details will be given of it until final word from the creators) We will soon start the phase of recording and acting, this is the last chance to fill in some open slots left available.

We still need modellers, conceptors and skinners, so for now, this thread will have to do. Anyone interested in doing some (good) work for us, post here with what you can do with contact details, and I'll see that what you need gets to you.

It's explained above...... We don't know why the site isn't working, and ralphy just happens to be uncontactable at the time, so we can't really do anything until he comes back online
Will there be a situation where it all goes down the shitter; ie. aliens at the door, low on res, and then the marines start demanding HMGs and end up calling the comm a nub when he won't give them any <!--emo&;)--><img src='http://www.unknownworlds.com/forums/html/emoticons/wink.gif' border='0' style='vertical-align:middle' alt='wink.gif'><!--endemo-->

I apologize for the downtime... Apparently our hosting provider, when spontaneously moving our site to a new server, neither moved the data nor told me where to find the backup until I threatened to cancel my account.

Just out of curiosity ('cause I haven't followed the whole thing), are you doing the movie with the NS engine or in something else ?
Hello from Hong Kong people! Alvin and I will be back in the USA on Oct. 13. When we get back, we'll send out the new poster (advertisment) with the new url. Until then Majin, if you could just re-link the poster with the new url then that would be great. I started a thread in the Artwork Forum some time ago for recruiting concept artists, modelers, and skinners if anyone hasn't already seen it. I'll post the new ad in there when I get home. The thread is titled "Wanted: Modelers, Skinners, & Concept Artists". BTW, thanks everyone for your help, progress, and curiousity!

Why is it down?
Our hoster is CONVENIENTLY moving house too, so we can't even contact him about it.

PolyMorph - Sorta. Best answer you're getting I'm afraid.
In other news, we have a nearly complete script (2 hours!)

Occasionally it goes down for a couple of minutes though (did it with the Ralphy server too)
It's fixed now, nothing else lost.
How frustrating...

Script is done except for any modifications that we will likely make.
BTW, could you put our poster back up on CC? With the new address by it ofc.
